Juventus have made contact with Manchester United over the possibility of signing Jadon Sancho, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Sancho has not been a part of the United squad since early this season, with manager Erik ten Hag cracking down on his perceived lack of discipline. The Dutch coach publicly criticized Sancho’s efforts in training, to which the winger responded with a scathing social media post which he quickly deleted. Sancho has reportedly been urged by some of his teammates to apologize to the manager, but Ten Hag insists there have been no developments on that front.
Both United and Sancho are obviously looking for a suitable solution, and it seems the problem can only be resolved with a parting of ways. As things stand, United haven’t entered into negotiations with Juventus, being keen to wait for offers of a permanent deal, while the Serie A giants only want a loan for the time being, with United covering a portion of the 23-year-old’s wages.
