After a poor outing in Champions League quarterfinals, Juventus are preparing for a big summer. Loss to Ajax at Allianz Stadium did not go well with the board of the club and the Old Lady is ready to make some moves in the market. One of them could be coming from France.
Juventus are one of a number of top clubs interested in signing Lyon’s Nabil Fekir, according to L’Equipe. The attacking midfielder that almost signed for Liverpool last summer is now even more expected to leave the French club and join a bigger side in another top five European league. After he reportedly failed a medical at Liverpool – although details were never officially released – the Reds cold be once again going after him.
Fekir is 25 years old and has 12 goals and seven assists in 36 appearances across all competitions for Lyon this season. His mixture of aggressiveness without the ball and technical quality with it will make him an interesting target, not just for Juventus.
