According to a recent report from Tuttosport, Juventus are interested in trying to sign Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus. Juve boss Maurizio Sarri is believed to be a big admirer of the Brazilian’s work, with the hope being that he can lure Jesus over to Turin with the promise of Champions League football – which is a guarantee City can no longer offer courtesy of their two-season ban from European competitions.
The belief is that it’ll take a bid worth around £60 million in order to get the deal done with City not wanting to let go of one of their top stars.
This could be the beginning of a big exodus for City and Pep Guardiola unless they’re able to successfully appeal against their ban. As it stands, though, many Manchester City fans will be looking towards the summer transfer window with a great deal of fear and trepidation – and understandably so.
