According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Juventus are hoping to secure a deal that would see them sign Barcelona defender Juan Miranda on loan. They wouldn’t have the option to sign the 19 year old, with Barca seeing a lot of potential in the teenage sensation.
Juventus have been busy putting together deals for a lot of established stars over the summer transfer window, and now, it appears as if they could be changing up their strategy a little bit.
Juve are coming off the back of another successful domestic campaign, but the likes of Miranda could serve as proof that they’re going to be spreading the squad out across a series of different competitions.
Miranda has a really bright future, and if he does well early on for Juve, it’ll be interesting to see whether they attempt to sign him even without the official option to do so.
