According to a recent report from El Desmarque, Juventus are interested in trying to sign James Rodriguez. The Real Madrid star has been unable to make quite as much of an impact as he would’ve liked in the early stage of the new season, despite being given the opportunity to do just that by Zinedine Zidane after his loan spell with Bayern Munich.
Cristiano Ronaldo is said to be one of the biggest names backing this potential move as he wants to be reunited with the Colombian star in Serie A.
Rodriguez’s future has been a source of great debate for a good few years now, but there’s always been some concern that he wouldn’t be able to settle into whatever new team he heads for after a few years of mediocrity.
Given the momentum that Juve have built up for themselves, though, it could be the perfect switch for him at this stage.
