Italian newspaper Tuttosport has learnt that Juventus are weighing up summer move for Real Madrid full-back Fabio Coentrao.
It is no secret the Bianconeri are looking to sign a left-sided defender with Aleksandar Kolarov and Adriano Correia some of the players they have been following.
However, Tuttosport has suggested the Old Lady officials could turn their attention towards Real Madrid’s Fabio Coentrao.
The Portuguese defender is clearly unhappy with his status at Santiago Bernabeu and has hinted few days ago that summer exit is on the cards.
Jose Mourinho is looking to bring him to Stamford Bridge, but with Ashley Cole still there, that would not be the right career move for Coentrao.
He would have a much bigger chance of nailing down a regular starting berth in Turin, especially since Antonio Conte plans to use 4-3-3 formation next season.
Since joining Real Madrid in a €30 million move from Benfica two years back, Coentrao has made just 28 La Liga starts for los Blancos.
