Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is being monitored by a host of Europe’s biggest clubs and the latest suggestions coming from Italy have it that Juventus have also joined the pack.
Barcelona were said to be keeping a close eye on Ndombele as a summer option should the Catalans miss out on their primary targets but the Italian media claim Juventus have a much firmer interest in a player labelled the new N’Golo Kante.
The French international is a versatile midfield force with huge tactical intelligence and is expected to be on the move away from Olympique Lyonnais soon.
The likes of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have also made enquiries for Ndombele but Juventus general manager Fabio Paratici is said to be on the 21-year-old’s tail personally.
Lyon are expected to demand a transfer fee in the region of €40 to €50 million and a bidding war is to be expected for the midfielder this summer.
