Italian champions Juventus are hot on the trail of Barcelona youngster Mateu Morey, according to Tuttosport.
The 17-year-old is widely regarded as one of the most talented footballers in La Masia, and it is hardly surprising that top European clubs are casting admiring glances his way.
Morey was reportedly on the verge of joining Bayern Munich last summer, but the Bavarians eventually pulled out of the deal after the media found out about the contact.
The German giants remain keen on the talented defender, just like Manchester City and few more top clubs, with Juventus now joining the chase as well.
The Bianconeri will closely monitor the situation with a view of stepping up their interest if an opportunity arises.
Operating as a right-back, Morey has so far made two appearances for Barcelona in the UEFA Youth League.
