Lazio midfielder Antonio Candreva is being linked with a summer return to Juventus, reports Tuttosport.
The Italy international enjoyed a short loan spell with the Bianconeri during the 2009/2010 season, but the Old Lady officials opted against buying out his contract at the time.
They have since lived to regret the decision as Candreva developed into one of league’s top midfielders during his time at Stadio Olimpico.
And with Antonio Conte a big admirer of the 27-year-old footballer, there is a chance the midfielder will be returning to Turin.
Juventus officials have already established the first contact with the player’s representatives, but persuading Lazio to cash in on their star player will be no easy task.
Nevertheless, with the Biancocelesti showing interest in Fabio Quagliarella and Sebastian Giovinco, the Old Lady might just succeed in getting their man.
Having come on the verge of Europa League semi-finals by defeating Lyon in France, Juventus are 10/11 favourites for the trophy.
