Italian giants Juventus are keeping close tabs on Parma centre-back Gabriel Paletta, according to Tuttosport.
Despite having some excellent options at the back, Antonio Conte is always looking at potential targets and he has now set his sights on the Argentine defender.
Paletta has managed to kick-start his career at Ennio Tardini and is now regarded as one of league’s top defenders.
Due to his Italian roots, the 28-year-old has recently made a debut for Italy national team, and he was in very good form as the Azzurri lost to Spain in an international friendly.
The player, who had had a very disappointing spell with Liverpool before joining Parma via Boca Juniors, is on the radar of several top clubs and could be leaving I Ducali in the summer.
Since arriving at Ennio Tardini in the summer of 2010, Paletta has featured in 109 Serie A matches and went on to score 5 goals.
