Serie A giants Juventus hope to recruit Mexican forward Javier Hernandez from Manchester United, Tuttosport has revealed.
The Bianconeri are on the lookout for another striker, but rather than signing a player outright, they plan to bring him on a season-long loan with an option to buy.
Juventus have proposed such a deal to Manchester United for Javier Hernandez, but the Red Devils initially planned to sell the striker outright.
However, with no other offers arriving for his services, they might ultimately accept the proposal from Juventus and allow the Mexican to move to Turin.
Javier Hernandez has made two starts for the Red Devils this season, but with Robin van Persie now back in action, the 26-year-old will mostly be restricted to substitute appearances.
The Mexican probably would not be a first team regular at Juventus either, but a change of scenery could be a good thing for the highly rated footballer.
