Juventus keen on Arsenal defender

Juventus sporting director Beppe Marotta has confirmed the club are interested in signing Arsenal full-back Armand Traore.

Juventus coach Luigi Del Neri is keen to bring in the full-back before Tuesday’s transfer deadline.

“Yes, Traore is one of the players we are interested in,” said sporting director Beppe Marotta.

“We will see what happens.”

Reports have suggested that the Old Lady would like to bring in the 20-year-old on a season-long loan deal, while the Gunners would like to sell the youngster.

Juventus have also been linked with several other defenders across Europe in recent months.
