Juventus are pondering a summer move for Athletic Bilbao star Iker Muniain, Tuttosport understands.
The Bianconeri recently opened talks with the La Liga side over the transfer of Fernando Llorente to Turin, but the club chiefs are using the opportunity to enquire about Iker Muniain as well.
Juventus boss Antonio Conte is a big fan of the Spain international and he plans to lure the player to Juventus Arena in the near future.
That could prove to be a difficult task as Muniain not only has three years left on his deal at San Mames but also boasts a €45 million release clause.
On top of that, he is followed by some of world’s top clubs such as Real Madrid and Manchester City, but Juventus, nonetheless, believe they can win the race for his signature.
Despite his fragile age, the 19-year-old has already scored 11 goals in 94 La Liga appearances, while netting 8 times in 25 Europa League games.
