Juventus keen on Udinese star Lazar Samardzic

Juventus are interested in signing Lazar Samardzic from Udinese in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Italian giants Juventus are looking at signing new players for next season and beyond, and that Samardzic is on their radar.

Samardzic has been on the books of Udinese since 2021 when he moved from RB Leipzig. The 22-year-old is able to operate as an attacking midfielder or as a left-back. The Serbia international has been superb for Udinese and is one of the best young players in Serie A. The youngster has made 19 starts and five substitute appearances in Serie A this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists in those games.

Juventus are second in the Serie A table at the moment with 57 points from 27 matches, as many as 15 points behind leaders Inter Milan. Meanwhile, Udinese currently find themselves 15th in the standings with 24 points from 27 games, a point above the relegation zone.
