Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport has learned that Italian giants Juventus are stepping up their efforts to sign Italian defender Andrea Ranocchia from Inter Milan.
The Bianconeri plan to offload Angelo Ogbonna in the summer transfer window and with Andrea Barzagli not getting any younger, they hope to add a high-quality centre-back to their ranks.
According to Tuttosport, Juventus look set to make a move on long-term target Andrea Ranocchia.
Antonio Conte has coached the Inter Milan player at Arezzo and Bari, and he is eager to get reunited with him in Turin.
With Ranocchia’s current deal at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza due to expire in just over a year, there is every chance the Nerazzurri will be forced to cash in on the defender this summer.
After securing their third successive Serie A title by defeating Atalanta, Juventus are priced at 7/4 to see off second-placed Roma at Stadio Olimpico next Sunday.
