Turin-based media outlet Tuttosport has suggested that Juventus are keeping close tabs on Sassuolo defender Sime Vrsaljko.
Considering that Stephan Lichtsteiner is being linked with a move away from the club, the Bianconeri are looking to recruit a new right-sided defender and the Croatia international appear to be high on their wish list.
Juventus officials expressed their interest in the 22-year-old shortly after he joined Genoa from Dinamo Zagreb, but it was Sassuolo who signed him in the summer for a fee of €6 million.
Nevertheless, given the excellent relationship between the two Serie A sides, it is believed the Bianconeri would have no problems agreeing a deal for Vrsaljko.
The Croatian footballer has struggled through injury at the start of the season after returning from the 2014 World Cup and in turn started just three league fixtures.
His suitors Juventus remain the number one favourites for the league title and can be backed at 4/7 to defend the Serie A trophy.
