Portuguese daily newspaper A Bola has learned that Italian giants Juventus have submitted a fresh proposal for FC Porto star Alex Sandro.
With Kwadwo Asamoah suffering a serious ankle injury and Patrice Evra not getting any younger, the Bianconeri are determined to recruit a high quality left back this summer.
And it is no secret that Porto’s Alex Sandro is their number one target, with Juventus having already had several bids rejected for the Brazilian.
The Bianconeri have now raised their offer to €20 million, but the Dragons want even more cash despite the fact that the 24-year-old has just another year left on his current deal.
Alex Sandro has been in fine form since arriving at Estadio do Dragao four years ago, making a total of 86 league appearances and scoring 3 goals.
His suitors Juventus recently lifted the Italian Super Cup trophy by defeating Lazio and are priced at 4/6 to lift the fifth straight Serie A title.
