Fiorentina winger Federico Bernardeschi remains a transfer target for Juventus, according to reports from the Italian media outlet Tuttosport.
Bianconeri have long been linked with the Fiorentina hot-shot and the latest reports tend to imply that Serie A champions are willing to splash out as much as €40 million to land the 23-year-old during summer.
The Italian international has enjoyed a brilliant spell with his club this season and Fiorentina chiefs are keen to tie Bernardeschi down on a new long-term contract.
The negotiations between the two sides have been ongoing for quite some time now and the players himself appears unwilling to commit his future to an offer that is reported to be including a €100 million release clause.
Bernardeschi is aware that such high amount could put any future move in danger and is willing to negotiate a more reasonable asking price that would go around €60-70 million.
The 23-year-old winger has thus far made 25 Serie A appearances for Viola, scoring 10 goals during that time.
