Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport has learned that Juventus are keeping close tabs on Manchester United star Juan Manuel Mata.
The Bianconeri haven’t been too active in the summer transfer window, but they are already thinking about January reinforcements, with a high-profile player who could help the team in the Champions League the number one priority.
And Tuttosport has now suggested that Manchester United’s Juan Mata is one of the first names on their hit-list.
The Spaniard hasn’t quite managed to make the desired impact at Old Trafford having arrived from Chelsea, and the latest reports suggest he is no longer an undisputed member of the starting line-up following the arrival of Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao.
Taking also into account that Manchester United are not playing Champions League football, Juventus could make a move and try to sign him on loan in January.
Having won last three Serie A titles, the Bianconeri are available at 1/1 to make it four in a row despite the departure of Antonio Conte.
