Juventus readying bid for Cenk Tosun

Italian giants Juventus are preparing a January bid for Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun, according to Milliyet.

The Bianconeri aim to sign back-up to star striker Gonzalo Higuain and the Turkey international has emerged as their top target.

Milliyet claims that Juventus will start the bidding at €15 million, although Besiktas want at least €20 million for their star player.

The Bianconeri could also face competition from Newcastle United, who are looking to make their move in January.

Tosun, 26, enjoyed a breakthrough campaign last term, when he bagged 20 goals in 33 league appearances, while he netted 5 times in 11 Super Lig matches this season.
