Italian champions Juventus are considering a January bid for FC Porto starlet Otavio Edmilson da Silva Monteiro, according to La Repubblica.
The Bianconeri have been impressed with the 21-year-old footballer and they will attempt to bring him to Turin at the earliest opportunity.
Juventus officials plan to loan Otavio to Genoa for a period of two years, while hoping to get Tomas Rincon in return.
The Bianconeri coach Max Allegri believes the Venezuelan would be a good addition to his squad, while at the same time the FC Porto youngster would have a chance to gain much needed first team experience at Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
Otavio, 21, has been in excellent form since returning from a loan spell at Vitoria Guimaraes, and he managed 4 assists in 9 Primeira Liga appearances this season, while also starting 6 Champions League fixtures for the club and scoring one goal in the process.
