Italian newspaper Tuttosport claims that Juventus are ready to return for Didier Drogba in January transfer window.
After failing to sign a world-class striker this summer, the Bianconeri reportedly attempted to lure Didier Drogba to Turin, but the Ivorian rejected the transfer deadline day move to Juventus Arena.
Tuttosport now reports that the Italian giants plan to reignite their interest come January transfer window.
The Bianconeri tried to sign a number of high-profile forwards, including Fernando Llorente, Robin van Persie and Luis Suarez, but ultimately had to settle for Nicklas Bendtner.
However, they plan to make things right in January and could make a fresh bid for Didier Drogba.
The Ivorian striker only signed for Shanghai Shenhua this summer, but quickly became disillusioned with life at his new club following a clash among club shareholders.
Both Drogba and Anelka were believed to be looking for an escape route from China in the light of the events, but it looks as though they will have to wait until January at least.
