Le 10 Sport has suggested that Juventus and Real Madrid are closely monitoring the performances of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Javier Pastore.
The Argentine needed quite a while to prove his worth at Parc des Princes, but this has been a real breakthrough season for him.
Pastore went from being on the verge of leaving to becoming one of club’s key players and he is now looking forward to staying with the Saints.
The highly rated footballer has another year left on his contract, but his agents are negotiating a new deal, although several top sides are ready to pounce in case the talks fall through.
Namely, the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid hold the 25-year-old in high regard and may decide to come forward with official proposals in the summer.
Pastore has been in excellent form this term, having managed 5 goals and 12 assists in 32 league matches, helping the club close on third successive Ligue 1 trophy.
