Juventus are weighing up a move for Manchester City forward Carlos Tevez, according to Tuttosport.
The Bianconeri are set to enter the market in search of a new centre forward and they have already been linked with a number of high-profile footballers.
After Gonzalo Higuain and Edin Dzeko, the Old Lady is now linked with Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
The Argentine striker has just returned to the squad after the lengthy absence, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t be allowed to leave at the end of the season.
Tuttosport claims that Juventus want to take advantage of the situation and possibly sign Tevez at a cut-back price.
The Italian newspaper reports that the Old Lady officials met Tevez four times during the last year, while holding several meetings with the player’s representatives as well.
That basically means that the two parties are not far from reaching an agreement, although heavy competition in the player’s signature could prove to be a problem.
