Italian champions Juventus are ready to reignite their interest in AC Milan full-back Mattia De Sciglio, Tuttosport can reveal.
The Bianconeri have just found out that Manchester United are seriously thinking about bringing Patrice Evra back to Old Trafford and they want to be prepared in case the Frenchman leaves.
If they do manage to find an agreement with the Premier League side, Juventus will attempt to replace the veteran defender with long-term target Mattia De Sciglio.
The Bianconeri have been hot on the trail of the Italy international for quite some time, and they could take advantage of AC Milan’s financial difficulty to finally get their man.
Capable of operating on either flank, De Sciglio has already made 100 Serie A appearances, while he has 30 Italy caps to his name.
AC Milan resume their league campaign this weekend as they play host to Cagliari, with the Rossoneri priced at 2/5 to emerge victorious.
