French daily newspaper L’Equipe has suggested that Italian champions Juventus are ready to reignite their interest in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi.
The Bianconeri were on the verge of agreeing a deal for the France international a year ago, but the 30-year-old eventually decided to remain at Parc des Princes.
However, it would appear as though he has now changed his mind, and Juventus have received a signal to make another assault on Matuidi.
It is no secret that the Bianconeri are in the market for midfield reinforcements, but their targets Tiemoue Bakayoko and Nemanja Matic are set to join Chelsea and Man Utd respectively.
Seeing that Matuidi has just one year left on his deal with the Saints, he should be available at a reasonable price, meaning that Juventus could finally get their man.
