Italian newspaper Tuttosport understands that Juventus are planning a January move for Manchester City full-back Aleksandar Kolarov.
With Kwadwo Asamoah set to miss at least several weeks of action in January and February due to his involvement in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, the Bianconeri are keen to add another left-sided wingback as soon as the transfer reopens.
Rather than putting their faith in inexperienced Paolo de Ceglie, the Old Lady will attempt to sign Manchester City’s Aleksandar Kolarov.
The Serie A giants have been following the Serbia international for quite a while now, and they are finally ready to step up their interest in the player.
Kolarov has fallen behind Gael Clichy in the pecking order at Etihad Stadium, and was even used as a left winger on a couple of occasions this season.
He is, therefore, not entirely happy with his status at the club and could be interested in a return to Serie A.
