Juventus revive interest in Milinkovic-Savic

According to a report from Sky Italia, Juventus have reignited their interest in Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. Talks are said to have re-opened ahead of the potential move, after the 24 year old was linked to the Italian champions last summer. Sergej is widely considered to be one of the most exciting and solid midfielders in European football today, but of course, you’d have to question how much first team time he’d get with Juve. He’d probably be one of the best midfielders on their books but there’s a big operation going on at The Old Lady right now, and we can imagine they’re going to have some pretty incredible strength in depth next season. With that being the case, it’s anyone’s guess as to who will feature in their starting XI on a consistent basis.

If nothing else, though, it’s nice to see Milinkovic-Savic get the credit and respect he deserves.
