Il Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Juventus are set to launch a fresh assault on Udinese forward Luis Muriel.
The Bianconeri have long ago expressed interest in the Colombian, who has been in fine form this season.
According to Tuttosport, Claudio Vagheggi, one of Muriel’s representatives, was at Juventus training base in Vinovo yesterday, which is enough to suggest that his client could be arriving in Turin in the summer transfer window.
Udinese chiefs are reluctant to sell the player just one year after he made his debut for the club, but the Friulani are well known for their policy that every player can leave if the price is right.
Juventus have been doing a lot of business with the Zebrette of late, and with talented forward Cristian Pasquato co-owned by the two clubs, they believe they have enough bargaining chips.
Luis Muriel has scored 6 goals and produced 2 assists in 14 Serie A appearances this season.
