Juventus still want Jesus

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Juventus are still interested in signing Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus.

The belief is that the Old Lady will look into the possibility of a swap deal, with the hope from the club being that they can offer Douglas Costa as part of the exchange. Pep Guardiola worked with Costa during their time at Bayern Munich and is said to be a big admirer of his work.

Juve want to bring in a younger forward to work alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, with the allure of CR7 being a big selling point for them.

Jesus has been a prominent figure in this Manchester City squad for quite some time now, but for the foreseeable future, he’ll have to wait and see how the chaos from the coronavirus pandemic unfolds as fans and media members alike wait to find out whether the transfer window will go ahead as scheduled this summer.
