Italian champions Juventus have stepped up their chase for Valencia playmaker Andre Gomes with an offer already submitted in attempt to land the La Liga star, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Italian media outlet is reporting that Valencia have set the asking price to €65 million for the talented midfielder, but Juventus are eager to find the solution and work out the summer transfer deal with a bid in excess of €50 million.
Italian champions are prepared to pay €30 million for the Portuguese star and further €20 million in bonuses.
Midfielder’s agent Jorge Mendes is believed to hold the key to Andre Gomes’ possible transfer to Serie A, but the player’s representative is ready to listen to other offers and is expected to meet with Manchester United, Napoli and Atletico Madrid who are all interested to land the 22-year-old.
Juventus are considering different options and have reportedly set their sights on AS Roma playmaker Miralem Pjanic as well.
