Serie A champions have set their sights on Slovakia international and Napoli danger man Marek Hamsik, according to the Italian news outlet Tuttosport.

The Old Lady are reportedly ready to offer as much as €40 million to prise the Partenopei key player during the summer transfer window.

Slovakia international is contracted to Napoli until 2018 and president Aurelio De Laurentis is keen to offer the Slovakia international a contract extension in order to keep him with Partenopei.

The 28-year-old midfielder has been displaying impressive performances at the 2016 European Championship in France drawing huge attention from numerous clubs who are willing to explore options to grab the Slovakia hot-shot during summer.

Juventus are keen to make the first step and win the race at its beginning with a concrete offer.

Marek Hamsik has been with Napoli since 2007/08 season when he joined Partenopei from Brescia. The Slovakia international played 38 Serie A games last season contributing with six goals.
