Juventus to sell Khedira & Matuidi?

According to a recent report from Tuttosport, Italian champions Juventus are set to offload Sami Khedira and Blaise Matuidi during the summer transfer window as a result of the incoming Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey. Juve have always had a pretty strong midfield core throughout their recent history, but now, things are getting a little bit crowded. Rabiot and Ramsey will almost certainly expect to be featuring on a week to week basis, and because of that, players of Khedira & Matuidi’s calibre won’t want to be sitting on the bench as often as they would be.

Juve have an incredibly strong squad and, while it may sound insane, they can probably afford to let those two go. Their main goal for the upcoming season is going to be securing another Serie A title and the European Cup, and Ramsey/Rabiot are the kind of players that will help them get to that point.
