Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport understands that Juventus have agreed a deal for Internacional starlet Rogerio Oliveira da Silva.
The 18-year-old first came to the Bianconeri’s attention at the Under-17 World Cup in Chile last October and the club have since done well to beat off competition from Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.
After the two clubs found an understanding over the transfer fee, Rogerio traveled to Turin, where he will undergo a medical before signing a long-term deal with Juventus.
The highly rated left-back, who is seen as a great long-term replacement for Patrice Evra, will be immediately loaned to Sassuolo until the end of the season so as to get much needed first team experience before returning to the club.
Juventus all but secured their place in the Coppa Italia final with a 3-0 triumph over Inter Milan in the first semi-final leg, while they are also 5/6 favourites to defend the league trophy.
