Italian champions Juventus are hot on the trail of Benfica youngster Jair Tavares, according to A Bola.
The Bianconeri have already secured the services of several talented youngsters and they are now attempting to sign the Eagles starlet.
A Bola claims that Juventus have been closely monitoring the performances of Jair Tavares this season with a view of bringing him to Turin in the summer.
Considering that the 16-year-old doesn’t have a professional contract with Benfica, the Bianconeri will only be obliged to cover training compensation costs if they agree a deal with the player’s agent Miguel Pinho.
Jair Tavares is a talented left winger, who can also operate on the opposite side, and while he is a member of Benfica’s Under-16 side, he has also represented older youth teams at Estadio da Luz.
The youngster is predicted a bright future in the game, and it would appear as though Juventus will be his next destination.
