Juventus turn attention to Rudiger

Italian giants Juventus are keeping close tabs on Stuttgart hotshot Antonio Rudiger, Tuttosport can reveal.

The Bianconeri are in the market for a central defender after Angelo Ogbonna was allowed to join West Ham.

They were looking to do a deal for one of Mehdi Benatia, Aymen Abdennour and Matija Nastasic, but having failed in their attempts, they are now turning attention towards Antonio Rudiger.

The Germany starlet has another two years left on his contract with Stuttgart and he should be available at a reasonable price this summer.

Bundesliga giants Wolfsburg are also in the mix, and they will now face stiff competition from the Serie A champions.

Antonio Rudiger is widely regarded as one of Germany’s top defenders and he is equally adept at centre-back and right-back.

Capped 6 times by die Mannschaft, the 22-year-old clearly has a great future ahead of him and it is hardly surprising the likes of Juventus and Wolfsburg are keen on his services.
