Juventus wanted Fati

According to a recent report from Tuttosport, Juventus enquired about Barcelona youngster Ansu Fati during the summer transfer window.

The teenage sensation is widely considered to be one of the best young talents in world football today, and thus far, he’s been proving that at the Nou Camp.

He’s obviously still got a long way to go before he can be dubbed one of the game’s best players but for the time being, the early signs are good, and the Old Lady has taken notice of that.

The kings of Italy have never been shy when it comes to approaching big clubs in search of big names, and this is clearly no different. Fati has only just made his way into the mainstream and if Barca are smart, they’ll lock him down to a long term contract the moment he turns 18. If not, they could have a fight on their hands.
