Italian champions Juventus are hot on the trail of Benfica starlets Victor Nilsson Lindelof and Andre Horta, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Bianconeri scouts watched the duo in the Primeira Liga triumph over Sporting Braga and they were reportedly impressed by the two footballers.
Victor Nilsson Lindelof has quickly become one of Europe’s most sought-after defenders, and he has so far been linked with Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, Chelsea, AS Roma, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Borussia M’gladbach, among other clubs.
Meanwhile, Andre Horta is somewhat of an unknown quantity outside of Portugal, and he only joined Benfica from Vitoria Setubal this summer.
The 19-year-old was signed as a replacement for Renato Sanches and he quickly managed to nail down a regular starting berth, starting each of Benfica’s five league games and scoring one goal.
Neither of the two footballers is likely to be available on the cheap, meaning that Juventus will have to delve deep into their pockets if they want to secure their signatures.
