According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Juventus have withdrawn their contract offer to forward Paulo Dybala.
Dybala’s contract is set to expire in 2022 and it was believed that Juve wanted to keep hold of him – even if the past has indicated they aren’t all too keen on him in comparison to some of their other stars.
Now, though, it appears as if the club has decided to go in a different direction.
There are going to be plenty of ifs, buts and maybes heading into the summer transfer window which is the nature of the beast, and here are going to be a whole lot of question marks as to where Dybala might end up. For now, all we really know is that the relationship hasn’t been at the level it needs to be at for quite some time, and Dybala deserves the chance to prove himself elsewhere if that’s what he wants.
