Kaka says thanks, but no thanks in snub to Chelsea move

AC Milan star Kaka has snubbed a move to Premier League runners-up Chelsea after declaring his loyalty to the Milan club, according to The Daily Telegraph.

New Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari had reportedly made Kaka one of his tip transfer targets along with the likes of Fernando Torres and Deco, but it seems that any move for Kaka will not materialise this summer.

The Brazilian star has said that he “has not got the slightest desire to leave” the San Siro, and that the only way he would be sold is if Milan wanted him to leave, something that is unlikely to happen for a while yet.

Kaka told press: “I appreciate Chelsea’s reported interest, but I have not got the slightest desire to leave Milan,”

“The only way I would leave Milan would be if Milan want to sell me. But, from what I’ve seen, it seems difficult.”

Speculation surrounding the Brazilian play-maker had escalated after AC Milan’s disappointing Serie A season and failure to qualify for the Champions League. However, it seems that the FIFA World Player of the Year will look to pledge his loyalty to the club and look to build on last years disappointment with Milan.
