According to Marca, Kaka could be cutting his retirement short in favour of a move to Serie C side Monza. The idea would be for him to become their marquee player, in an attempt to help them rise up through the leagues. Kaka was once considered to be the best footballer on the face of the planet, but at this stage, the 36 year old is enjoying life outside of football.

If he does return then it likely wouldn’t be for an extended period of time, although it’d be interesting to see his abilities at this age in comparison to when he was in his prime.

Kaka is still a big name in the realms of world football, despite not actively playing a big role anymore. All eyes would be fixed on him if he does end up starting a game or two, and who knows, maybe another run in Europe is on the cards.
