Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips is ready to snub Manchester United for Liverpool, according to The Sun. It has been reported by the British tabloid that Premier League giants Liverpool and United are interested in signing Phillips from Leeds.
Phillips does not want to move to Manchester United due to the rivalry between the Red Devils and Leeds. The England international does not want to upset Leeds fans. So the 26-year-old is ready to move to Liverpool instead.
The 26-year-old is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and is a key figure in the Leeds team. Phillips is also a regular in the England squad and helped the Three Lions reach the Euro 2020 final in the summer of 2021.
