Harry Kane has signed a new five-and-a-half year contract with Tottenham Hotspur, according to the Mail Online.
The striker has been a revelation for the North London side this season, and scored his nineteenth and twentieth goals of the campaign in Saturday afternoon’s 3-0 win at West Bromwich Albion.
Prior to manager Mauricio Pochettino’s arrival at White Hart Lane, Kane had made only a handful of starts in all competitions for the club, gaining most of his game time in loan spells in the lower leagues.
The 21 year old had successful stints with Leyton Orient, Millwall and Leicester City, while he also played three times for Norwich City in their 2012/13 Premier League campaign.
Internationally, he has scored eight goals in ten appearances for England’s U21’s and is likely to be handed his first senior call up for next month’s European Championships qualifier against Lithuania and friendly with Italy.
