Ipswich boss Roy Keane has said that there would be new arrivals to the Championship side.
The former Black Cat’s manager has also indicated that he would like to bring four players into his squad during the summer.
As Keane intends to to build his team, there have been rumors of a host of players for switch to the Portman Road.
But the manager, who is managing the club for the first time, is keen to put the emphasis on quality rather than quantity.
“We are making progress with new signings, but these things take time and we need to be patient,” Keane told the club’s official website.
“We are not going to bring seven or eight players to the club.
“I’ll be happy if I get four players I want but it’s a big if and we are certainly not going to spend over what we consider to be the right valuation for the players.”
