Kent to stay at Liverpool?

According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent is being priced out of a possible move away from Anfield this summer. The 22 year old has been heavily linked with a move to Rangers, who want to sign him permanently after a successful loan deal at the club.

Given the connection that the Reds share with Rangers manager Steven Gerrard, you would’ve thought that this wouldn’t be all too much of an issue. Alas, with manager Jurgen Klopp saying that they value him at £7 million and that they’re willing to sell him, it would appear as if Rangers are the ones that are holding up this potential deal due to the price.

Kent is still young but given the point he’s at in his career, this could be a really important turning point for him. If he can start fresh with Rangers up in Glasgow, then the world is his oyster.
