Kevin De Bruyne to leave Manchester City

Kevin De Bruyne will leave Manchester City at the end of the season, according to TBR. De Bruyne is out of contract at defending Premier League champions Man City in the summer of 2025, and it has been reported that he will depart the club as a free agent.

De Bruyne has been on the books of Man City since 2015 when he joined from VfL Wolfsburg. The Belgium international midfielder has become a legend of the club and has been hugely successful with the Manchester outfit. The 33-year-old has won the Premier League title six times, the FA Cup twice, the EFL Cup on five occasions, and the UEFA Champions League once with the Citizens.

According to TBR, De Bruyne has an interest from Major League Soccer. San Diego, who are the newest member of MLS, are keen on a deal for De Bruyne and are in talks with the Man City midfielder. They are making good progress in talks and are confident of securing his services on a free transfer in the summer of 2025 despite interest from the Saudi Pro League.
