Daily Star has suggested that Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira would jump at the chance to sign for Arsenal.
The Gunners puled off a major coup by bringing Mesut Ozil from Real Madrid on transfer deadline day, and they have recently been linked with a move for Sami Khedira.
The experienced midfielder publicly stated he was disappointed to see his close friend Ozil leave Santiago Bernabeu, and he is reportedly keen to follow him to the Emirates.
With Luka Modric proving his worth and Asier Illarramendi arriving this summer, los Blancos might be willing to negotiate another deal with the North London club.
Arsene Wenger signed Mathieu Flamini on a free transfer from AC Milan to try and add more steel to the centre of the park, but he is believed to be keen on Khedira as well.
The 26-year-old joined Real from Stuttgart in the summer of 2010 and has since made 81 La Liga appearances and scored 5 goals.
