According to Tuttosport, Paris Saint-Germain have made contact with Juventus over the potential transfer of Sami Khedira. The 31-year-old midfielder has spent the last three years with the Italian giants after a five-year spell with Real Madrid, but the report suggests that he isn’t going to be interested in a switch to the French champions.
Khedira is said to be on the verge of signing a new one year extension, because as it stands, he’s set to become a free agent in 2019. PSG have been busy in the transfer window as of late as they attempt to make a series of moves before it closes, with their eyes being firmly set on bolstering their midfield.
The German international is often viewed as one of the more consistent players at the top of the European game, and it’ll be intriguing to see whether or not he takes the leap or stays with The Old Lady.
