Bayer Leverkusen forward Stefan Kiessling has denied suggestions that he is in talks over a move to Borussia Dortmund.
The 29-year-old has netted 22 goals in 31 Bundesliga appearances this season to help Bayer all but seal qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
With Dortmund having already agreed to sell Mario Gotze to Bayern Munich at the end of the season and Robert Lewandowski’s future at the club uncertain, Kiessling has been touted as a potential target.
But the Germany international says he is happy at the BayArena.
“I am not responsible for gossip and rumours. I have been in touch with nobody,” Kiessling told Bild.
“I am under contract with Bayer Leverkusen until June 2015. Thus far I have not had any conversation with someone from the club as I feel the club should come to me.
“I am not under pressure, I like being at Bayer Leverkusen and everybody knows that. I could definitely imagine signing a new deal, of course.”
