Goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes and defender Ledley King returned for injury-hit Tottenham Hotspur for Wednesday’s Champions League clash with FC Twente at White Hart Lane.
Manager Harry Redknapp was still without a number of injured players however, including Jermain Defoe and William Gallas for Tottenham’s first home fixture in the competition’s group stage.
Russia forward Roman Pavlyuchenko started up front with Peter Crouch.
Dutch champions FC Twente made two changes from the side that drew with Ajax last weekend – striker Marc Janko coming on for Luuk de Jong and Emir Bajrami replacing Nacer Chadli on the left.
Both Spurs and Twente drew their opening Group A games against Werder Bremen and holders Inter Milan respectively.
